Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind, reflecting our refined, customer-centric values and ensuring a process that is as elegant and reliable as our products.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Dinnerware Sets that have been opened or where the original packaging seal is broken.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer support team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account will depend on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s policies.
Please note: Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] using the process outlined above.
