Shipping Policy

We are delighted to serve customers across the globe (excluding Asia and a few select remote regions).

Order Processing: All orders are carefully hand-packed and processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: To uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Dinnerware Sets that have been opened or where the original packaging seal is broken. All sales for these specific items are final.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our dedicated customer support team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account will depend on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s policies.

Please note: Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] using the process outlined above.
