Order Processing: All orders are carefully hand-packed and processed within 1-2 business days.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt for most items.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on dinnerware sets that have been opened or where the original packaging seal is broken. All sales for these items are final.

Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must include proof of purchase.

Process:

• Wait for our instructions and RMA number
• Ship the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
